Hajoca Corporation, a leader in plumbing, heating & cooling and industrial supplies, seeks a Counter Salesperson for the North Chelmsford, MA Profit Center. The role focuses on assisting customers, processing orders, and maintaining displays with a strong emphasis on service and accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer service or counter sales.
• Knowledge of products sold in the Profit Center.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at the counter and with merchandise pickup.
• Process and fill Sales Orders generated at the sales counter.
• Attract and retain customers and work with PCM to meet revenue/margin targets.
• Verify ship dates, obtain customer signatures, and ensure accurate documentation.
