Four-Legged Fun Zone in Everett, WA is hiring an Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to grow our dog daycare and grooming business. You will close bookings, follow up with warm leads, and keep clients coming back while wearing jeans at work.

This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM. You’ll greet clients, schedule appointments, manage profiles, and occasionally film short videos of our pup guests for social media, contributing to a lively, pet-friendly team.

Formación

• Comfort with learning new software and staying organized.
• On-site availability Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM.

Four-Legged Fun Zone is looking for a energetic Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to help grow our dog daycare and grooming business. No cold calling required—we generate the leads; you build the relationships, close the bookings, and keep our clients coming back.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Drive Sales & Bookings: Follow up with warm leads via call, text, and email to turn inquiries into daycare enrollments, tours, and grooming appointments.
• Deliver 5-Star Service: Greet clients, answer incoming questions, schedule appointments, and manage client profiles in our system.
• Get Creative with Dogs: Step away from the desk to snap photos and film short, fun videos of our pup guests for social media!
• Keep Operations Smooth: Support front-desk flow and work alongside our team to keep client communications organized.
