About The Role

We’re hiring several full-time Inside Sales & Client Success Representatives to join our growing remote team. This is a hybrid role combining inbound customer support with outbound inside sales. You’ll engage with prospects and customers via phone, email, chat, Zoom, and social media—educating them on our therapy solutions, guiding them through trials and purchases, and supporting them post-sale.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, health, and wellness who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and is eager to make a difference in people’s lives.

Note: This is a remote position. Candidates must be U.S.-based and available during standard business hours (9 AM – 5 PM CST preferred).

Not looking for a full-time role but interested in representing ARPneuro as an independent 1099 sales rep? Reach out—commission-only opportunities are available for qualified candidates with experience or strong networks in medical, sports, or wellness markets.

What You’ll Do

·Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, Zoom, and social media

·Conduct outbound follow-ups with warm and cold leads

·Educate consumers and healthcare professionals on Direct Current Neuro Therapy

·Clearly communicate product value and guide prospects through trials, purchases, and onboarding

·Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in our CRM (Zoho)

·Support post-sale training and ensure long-term customer success

·Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and drive lead generation

·Stay up to date on product updates, clinical outcomes, and industry trends

What You Bring

Must-Have:

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Friendly, professional, and consultative sales approach

·Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

·Experience with CRM platforms, Zoom, email systems, and chat tools

Nice-to-Have:

·Background or passion in fitness, athletic training, medical, or wellness fields

·Basic understanding of the human body, pain science, or the musculoskeletal system

·Proven track record of hitting KPIs or sales targets in a high-volume environment

What Success Looks Like

·Consistent daily inbound response and outbound activity (40+ contacts/day)

·Lead conversions to trial or purchase within 30–45 days

·High customer satisfaction and long-term client retention

What We Offer

·Base salary: $38,000–$42,000

·Performance-based incentives: $10,000–$40,000+ annually

·Fully remote, flexible weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, daytime hours)
