Responsibilities

• Support sales staff and assist with new and existing customer accounts.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and SOPs.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers and vendors.
• Respond to business inquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare customer quotations and provide rates to other branches and overseas offices.
• Participate in sales meetings and occasionally visit customer sites.
• Coordinate logistics activities including booking, documentation, compliance, customs clearance/brokerage, delivery, and warehouse operations.
• Monitor shipment status and coordinate between customers, vendors, internal teams, and agents.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues.
• Assist with invoicing for cross-border, triangle, and distribution shipments.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding accounts receivable, creditworthiness, and credit terms for new customers.
• Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.

Position Summary
