American Power & Gas is hiring a Customer Experience Agent for an onsite role in Florida. The position offers a base salary plus commission, a Monday–Friday schedule, paid training, and opportunities for career growth within a growing energy solutions company.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced call center, deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers through the process, and contribute to lead generation while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced call center and handle a high volume of calls.
• Interest in inside sales and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leads provided; engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and guiding them through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
