American Power & Gas is hiring Call Center Representatives for an onsite, full-time role in Florida. Base salary plus commission offers $1,500–$2,000 per week, with Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm schedules and no weekends.

Paid training, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO and holidays, and weekly pay accompany a growing, team-focused environment. The position emphasizes inside sales and customer care, serving residential and small commercial customers with energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and strong listening skills.
• Enjoy working in a team-oriented call center environment with a high volume of calls.
• No prior sales or telemarketing experience required—entry-level, mid-level, and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Engage with residential and small commercial customers to offer energy solutions over the phone in a call center environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and guiding them through the process.
• Work in a fast-paced call center setting with emphasis on inside sales and building customer relationships.
• Participate in telemarketing efforts, generating leads and promoting green energy services.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching to improve customer care and sales skills.
