Job summary

Total Safety is seeking a Rep I Customer Service in Williston, ND to provide courteous inside sales and service by handling inquiries, processing orders and supporting invoicing.

Responsibilities include taking orders by phone, fax, email or web, entering data accurately, coordinating with Sales Account Managers, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Strong MS Office and familiarity with RentalMan preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree in related field preferred.
• Customer service/sales experience in-house or similar environment beneficial; knowledge of industrial safety products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, greet customers, and provide timely responses related to product and service orders, delivery, and pricing.
• Research price and delivery using system information; confirm verbally as needed and maintain margin guidelines.
