Job summary

PSE Group is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for Specialty Coatings to provide customer service in an office/warehouse environment. You will manage incoming orders, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and pro-actively reach out to preferred end-users while coordinating with vendors and internal teams for production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience handling customer inquiries via phone and email is preferred.
• Ability to process purchase orders and quotations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries and process purchase orders.
• Assist outside sales by providing order updates, pricing, and tracking information.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping paperwork; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
• Perform occasional warehouse tasks to support delivery schedules and order fulfillment.
• Maintain relationships with vendors for material purchasing and timely shipments.
• Present a professional demeanor to meet customer service and quality expectations.
