Job summary

PSE Group seeks a Counter Associate/Representative to deliver in-store customer service, process telephone orders, and sell to walk-in customers. Focused on automotive and specialty coatings, the role calls for proactive end-user outreach and accurate order handling.

The position offers a weekday 8am-5pm schedule, weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, or counter sales preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid license.
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must pass drug screen and MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Receives and enters telephone orders; answers questions and tracks shipments.
• Performs counter sales serving in-store customers.
• Mixes paint and prepares orders for delivery or pickup.
• Reconciles inventory and stocks merchandise in store.
• Provides sales support to the outside sales team.
• Maintains customer records and pricing accuracy.
• Prepares paint orders using standard and custom formulas.
• Maintains clean work areas and equipment; ensures proper disposal.
