Job summary

PSE Group is seeking a Customer Sales Representative for Specialty Coatings to support order processing, inquiries, and coordination with vendors and internal teams. This role involves inside sales support, shipping paperwork, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Manage customer service activities, including calls, emails, quotes and purchase orders.
• Assist outside sales by supporting pricing, order updates, tracking, and inquiries.
• Prepare domestic and international shipping paperwork and ensure shipments are timely.
• Maintain professional relationships with vendors and internal teams to support orders.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries; process purchase orders and quotes.
