DMC Recruitment is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator for our Denver client, a premier building materials manufacturer supplying North America. This role focuses on customer relationships, order processing, and collaboration with the outside sales team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales.
• Recent graduates encouraged; Business/Commerce degree preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized with attention to detail; eager to learn technical products.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers via phone and email.
• Process orders, prepare quotations, and respond to inquiries.
• Support outside sales team to grow accounts.
• Assist with product selection, pricing, inventory and order status.
• Identify upsell opportunities to add value for customers.
• Coordinate with operations to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain customer records in CRM and ERP systems.
• Deliver responsive, professional customer service.
