Job Summary

EMCOR Services Northeast has an immediate need for an Inside Sales Coordinator in our Stoughton, MA office. The Inside Sales Coordinator position assists EMCOR Services Northeast in meeting its goals and objectives by providing technical and operational support to the Sales Engineers and Project Managers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Assist sales team in executing and achieving their sales and project management objectives.
• Extensive interaction with Sales Engineers and suppliers via phone and email.
• Possess a basic understanding of HVAC systems, components, and equipment.
• Solicit proposals from equipment suppliers and subcontractors and follow‑up with them when needed.
• Assist with proposal writing, submittal generation and tracking, purchase order generation, and order tracking.
• Assemble booking packages and book projects in ERP+.
• Maintain project folders.
• Write and distribute purchase orders.
• Write and distribute subcontracts.
• Run job reports using the ERP+ accounting system.
• Actively participate in Sales Meetings.
• Collaborate and cooperate with peers to share best business practices.
• Procure COIs.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
• Comply with all company operating policies, procedures, and safety programs as established.

Qualifications

• To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
• Must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, and able to multi‑task effectively.
• Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Outlook), COINS knowledge preferred.
