LKQ Corporation is hiring at our Spokane Valley location. The role focuses on driving revenue through sales of automotive parts while delivering excellent customer service.

You’ll handle quotes, pricing, warranties, and delivery timelines, process orders, and assist customers with substitutions as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1+ years of related experience, and may have college coursework.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 1+ years related experience.
• College coursework or degree preferred.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by promoting sales of products and providing customer service.
• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders, returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, delays, and additional information needed.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modifications when a part is not available.
• Process orders — entry, review for correct handling, pricing, quantities, shipping data.
• Follow-up with customers as needed.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
