Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator must be customer service oriented, possess a strong commercial background, have SAP experience, and demonstrate strong project and time management skills. The role requires a desire to meet or exceed all customer expectations.

The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for order management, purchase order entry, contract review, order acknowledgment, and order planning. The position involves working closely with program management, purchasing, planning, and production to ensure SAP data accuracy.

Qualifications
Essential Functions:
  • Manage the order process from entry to delivery.
  • Lead the New Order Meeting, coordinating with the internal team to confirm and acknowledge delivery dates.
  • Review contracts and requested changes for new orders.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to order management.
  • Create work orders and initial schedules for purchasing and operations planning.
  • Work continuously to resolve order holds and schedule production dates.
  • Support the Program Management and Sales departments.
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, email, and video conference.
  • Monitor incoming sales order emails.
  • Process RMA orders.
  • Serve as backup for the Quote Coordinator and Planner/Master Scheduler.
  • Ensure GDP (Good Documentation Practices) and review of Device History Records.
Education and Skills
  • At least an Associate’s degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of inside sales, customer service, and order entry experience preferred.
  • Experience in medical, aerospace, operations, or customer-facing roles preferred.
  • Highly proficient with SAP Business One or equivalent ERP system.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent listening, writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized team leader capable of leading cross-functional teams.
