Role Description

The Inside Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbiana, AL. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, and processing orders for building materials and related products. The Inside Sales Coordinator collaborates with outside sales staff and yard personnel to ensure accurate pricing, product availability, and timely order fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and emails, providing product information, entering and tracking orders in the system, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes maintaining organized records, assisting with inventory or stock checks as needed, and supporting a professional, service-oriented atmosphere at the sales counter.
