Job summary

Palomar Products, a Palomar group company, is seeking a Contract Administrator / Inside Sales to manage contracts from solicitations through closeout in a fast-paced environment. Based in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA, you will support pricing, terms, and compliance across hardware, services, and NRE contracts.

You will lead negotiations, review amendments, and coordinate with TPMs, AMs, and BU managers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FAR and ITAR compliance.
• Experience with government contracts (3–6 years).
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-award contract administration and closeout.
• Review solicitations, proposals, and amendments.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and payment schedules.
• Coordinate with TPMs, AMs, and BU managers.
• Maintain contract repository and compliance.
