As a Sales Consultant , you will provide the first impression to customers who call in looking to build their online presence. You will join a team who interact with existing and potential customers and share best practices and ideas. We take a consultative approach to sales - learning about the needs of each customer and fitting them into the best product or service available. Our mission is to provide a world-class sales experience to every customer we work with by giving them the tools and insights they need to make their vision a reality.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.

  • Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers' online presence

  • Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence.

  • Provide consultation to customers regarding new products and services that will help their businesses succeed.

  • Provide issue resolutions within our scope of support

  • Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets

  • Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment

  • Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity

The target compensation range for this position is 35,000 - 47,000 OTE with uncapped commission potential. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
