The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Consultant to support our high-performing team in managing the sales and search process for Financial Advisors. This is a remote position that offers extensive learning opportunities, direct mentorship from top producers and company executives, and a clear path to growth within the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted multi-channel outreach to financial advisors considering a career move

  • Support senior consultants by managing the full lifecycle of a search process

  • Maintain and update our CRM system with lead and candidate activity

  • Join client and candidate calls to observe and eventually participate in consultations

  • Assist in organizing candidate outreach campaigns and follow-ups

  • Keep detailed records and maintain organization across multiple concurrent searches

  • Build strong foundational knowledge of the financial advisory industry

Qualifications

  • Sales or project management experience is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems a bonus

  • Willingness to learn and take direction from senior team members

  • Open-minded, professional, and highly detail-oriented
