Responsibilities

• Act as the first contact for inbound and outbound sales inquiries and respond promptly.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
• Assist in preparing regularly scheduled sales reports.
• Monitor industry trends to identify new markets and expand revenue.
• Process accounts receivable as needed.
• Maintain and update internal filing systems and records.
• Input data into Agility inventory management system and alert supervisors to low inventory.
• Place orders through vendors and support outside sales.
