Job summary

Renewal by Andersen seeks an Inside Sales Center Agent to engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants. You will handle inbound inquiries, record interactions, and drive conversion across multiple markets.

Remote in the US, with weekend shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule in the description. The role requires at least 1 year in sales or customer service, strong computer skills, and reliable transportation for occasional on-site commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Sales & Marketing experience.
• Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette.
• Proficient with computers and able to type at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction.
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in products/services.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 7PM | Saturday & Sunday 9AM - 5:30PM FULLY REMOTE | Full-Time | At Least 1 Weekend Shift Per Week

As an Inside Sales Center Agent, you will identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective homeowners across our multiple markets. Your goal will be to maximize the conversion rate of all incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments for our team of elite sales consultants.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
• At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
• Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
• Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute

Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
