Great Day Improvements is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our inside sales and customer experience team in Twinsburg, OH. This on-site role focuses on managing inbound and outbound calls, promoting home improvement products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with performance targets, receive comprehensive training, and have opportunities for growth within our family of brands.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of call center or customer service experience.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with CRM systems (i360 Lightning is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working toward sales goals in a performance-driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing product information, scheduling consultations, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Promote any and all products and services, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Achieve individual sales and customer experience performance targets, contributing to team success.
• Accurately update and maintain customer records within our CRM platforms for timely follow-up.
• Assist with customer concerns, using problem-solving techniques and escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate scheduling and ensure smooth service delivery across multiple product lines.
• Develop product knowledge across all brand offerings to confidently answer questions and provide tailored recommendations.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
