Job description

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Call Center Agent to join our high-performing real estate team. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers—building rapport, identifying needs, and scheduling appointments for our top-producing agents. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven position with clear goals, bonus potential, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
  1. Outbound calling, email communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
  2. Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets, responding efficiently to inquiries and cold calling.
  3. Respond to inbound inquiries professionally, accurately, and enthusiastically.
  4. Coordinate and schedule real estate consultations, ensuring seamless handoffs to agents.
  5. Use Lofty CRM to manage lead activity, follow-up, conversation history, and pipeline.
  6. Qualify leads by assessing motivation, timing, competition, and financial details, then relay to agents.
  7. Follow team scripts to communicate value and handle objections.
  8. Track and report sales and productivity metrics.
  9. Support administrative follow-up communications.
  10. Provide excellent service to ensure positive client experiences.
  11. Participate in coaching, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Performance Benchmarks:
  • After 2 weeks: minimum of 1 appointment per 3 hours of calling.
  • 13+ appointments weekly for full-time employees.
  • At least 75% of appointments confirmed and assigned to an agent.

  • Enthusiastic, articulate, confident on the phone.

  • Organized with good time management.
  • Excellent communicator with people-first skills.
  • Passionate about selling and success.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and real estate platforms like Lofty.
  • Team player in a high-impact environment.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and take feedback.
Working Conditions:
  • In-person position.
  • Primarily seated during shifts.
  • Includes a 30-minute meal break for shifts over 6 hours.
  • Shift hours may vary seasonally or with call volume.
Attendance & Conduct:
  • Be punctual and ready to make calls at shift start.
  • Notify supervisor of lateness or inability to work.
  • Submit time-off requests two weeks in advance.
Dress Code:
  • Neat, professional attire required.
  • No flip-flops, hats, athletic wear, sweatpants, or revealing clothing.
  • Jeans permitted if clean and not distressed.
  • Maintain a well-groomed appearance.
Compensation:

$18 - $20 hourly
