You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective buyers and sellers—building rapport, identifying needs, and scheduling appointments for our top-producing agents. Responsibilities:
- Outbound calling, email communication, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities.
- Achieve productivity, appointment setting, and revenue targets, responding efficiently to inquiries and cold calling.
- Respond to inbound inquiries professionally, accurately, and enthusiastically.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate consultations, ensuring seamless handoffs to agents.
- Use Lofty CRM to manage lead activity, follow-up, conversation history, and pipeline.
- Qualify leads by assessing motivation, timing, competition, and financial details, then relay to agents.
- Follow team scripts to communicate value and handle objections.
- Track and report sales and productivity metrics.
- Support administrative follow-up communications.
- Provide excellent service to ensure positive client experiences.
- Participate in coaching, meetings, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
Performance Benchmarks:
- After 2 weeks: minimum of 1 appointment per 3 hours of calling.
- 13+ appointments weekly for full-time employees.
- At least 75% of appointments confirmed and assigned to an agent.

Working Conditions:
- In-person position.
- Primarily seated during shifts.
- Includes a 30-minute meal break for shifts over 6 hours.
- Shift hours may vary seasonally or with call volume.
Attendance & Conduct:
- Be punctual and ready to make calls at shift start.
- Notify supervisor of lateness or inability to work.
- Submit time-off requests two weeks in advance.
Dress Code:

Compensation:
$18 - $20 hourly
