Job summary

FUJIFILM Sonosite in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Inside Sales – Business Development Representative to prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to support the Sales Team. You will build relationships via phone, email and online channels, follow up on inbound marketing leads and account lists, and coordinate with regional leaders to grow the pipeline and meet quarterly revenue goals.

A track record in telemarketing or outbound sales, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years telemarketing, sales, or outbound calling experience.
• CRM experience preferred (Salesforce.com recommended).
• Proven ability to meet/exceed lead and activity quotas.
• Strong client relationships track record.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads from Fujifilm Sonosite Marketing.
• Develop new business via telephone, email and online communications.
• Follow up on leads and research potential prospects.
• Call-out to Install Base for Warranty, Uptrade and Expansion leads.
• Call-out to Install Base to improve CRM data quality and quantity.
• Identify key buying influencers to determine budget and timeline.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships to move opportunities through the funnel.
• Collaborate with Regional Leaders and Sales Enablement to grow the pipeline and meet quarterly goals.
• Manage data in Salesforce.com and ensure communications are logged.
• Prepare and analyze lead pipeline reports and dashboards.
