SPEC Building Materials Corporation is a leading wholesale distributor of building materials, equipment, and products for commercial and residential roofing contractors. Since 1973, SPEC has grown to thirty-six branch locations across markets in the Midwest, the South, and the Southeast.

The Inside Sales/Customer Service Associate team handles order placement, pricing, delivery coordination, and product information, serving as the customer’s first point of contact.

Qualificações

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Working knowledge of computers and software.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Strong math skills.

Responsabilidades

• Sell building materials to customers from the customer service counter.
• Maintain and grow existing customer base through prospecting, sales account development, quoting, and follow-up.
• Source special order items for contractors.
• Ensure all customer orders are entered complete and accurate.
• Advise customers on inventory levels and pricing.
• Cash application and reporting.
• Answer the phone and direct calls.
• Schedule and answer questions regarding deliveries.
