Job summary

ABR Wholesalers, Inc. is a Buffalo-based HVAC distributor seeking an Inside Sales and Counter associate. You will be the first contact for customers entering the store or calling in, delivering friendly service and aiding with product knowledge.

Experience with HVAC parts and order entry is helpful but not required as training is provided. The role requires a team-oriented, dedicated individual with a positive attitude who can handle a fast-paced environment and some heavy lifting.

ABR Wholesalers, Inc is a wholesale distributor of heating, air-conditioning, and hydronic products serving western, southern, central and upstate New York since 1966. We have branches in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and have a sales presence in Albany.

We are hiring for a full-time Inside Sales and Counter position for our Buffalo location. This person would be responsible for being the first point of contact when a customer comes into the store or calls the store. We are looking for someone who is pleasant, personable and who can work in a busy environment. If you have experience in HVAC equipment, parts and entering orders would be greatbut not necessary. Our employees are trained to offer superior customer service so that our customers always have a positive experience.
