Job summary

ABR Wholesalers, Inc in Buffalo is hiring a full-time Inside Sales and Counter associate to be the first contact for customers entering the store or calling in.

You will deliver friendly, helpful service in a busy environment; experience with HVAC equipment, parts and order entry is a plus but not required. The team is focused on a positive customer experience.

ABR Wholesalers, Inc is a wholesale distributor of heating, air-conditioning, and hydronic products serving western, southern, central and upstate New York since 1966. We have branches in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse and have a sales presence in Albany.

Our business is 2nd generation family owned for 60 years and has been built on hard work and commitment. We pride ourselves in the longevity of many of our employees.

We are hiring for a full-time Inside Sales and Counter position for our Buffalo location. This person would be responsible for being the first point of contact when a customer comes into the store or calls the store. We are looking for someone who is pleasant, personable and who can work in a busy environment. If you have experience in HVAC equipment, parts and entering orders would be great but not necessary. Our employees are trained to offer superior customer service so that our customers always have a positive experience.
