Job summary

Pacific Timepiece in Irvine, CA seeks an Inside Sales & Business Development Associate to expand our dealer network and create buying and selling opportunities. This is an office-based role, working from our Irvine office, contacting customers by phone, email, and online channels, and guiding opportunities from first contact to completion.

You’ll gain exposure to the luxury secondary market and learn from a small, experienced team.

Qualifications

• Experience selling luxury watches or related high-value items.
• Experience selling through online B2C and/or B2B channels.
• Outgoing, proactive outreach and lead development.
• Ability to work from the Irvine office five days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication and reliable follow-through.
• Comfortable building relationships with buyers, dealers, and collectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business through phone, email, online outreach, referrals, and follow-up.
• Respond to incoming sales inquiries and determine next steps.
• Build relationships with buyers, dealers, collectors, and industry contacts.
• Share inventory with accurate watch details, pricing, and availability.
• Identify opportunities to buy or sell watches based on customer needs.
• Maintain an organized pipeline with clear follow-up visibility.
• Document sales activity using company spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with the team on pricing, inventory, and deal status.
• Manage multiple conversations and keep important details and commitments.
