Position Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Associate to support our growth in Griffith, Indiana. The candidate will establish and nurture client relationships and market our brand with professionalism, positivity, and honesty.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with customers, understand their needs, communicate product value, and contribute to sales initiatives across the region.

Requirements

• Bi‑lingual – English/Spanish – fluent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Outlook and Excel
• Strong verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year sales experience
• Knowledge of sales programs and AutoQuotes

Compensation

Based on experience and monthly commissions on completed sales.
