Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers.
• Work with the Outside Sales Team to implement and execute effective sales strategies to drive sales.
• Negotiates pricing with customers, prepares quotes and submits orders.
• Collaborates with purchasing departments, Branch Leaders and other team members to ensure orders are processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are distributed properly.
• Identifies and locates new customers through networking and cold calls.
• Apply product knowledge to match products to the needs of the customers.
• Gathering information from customers on competing products.
• Supplies leadership with oral and written reports on customer’s needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry developments.
