Job summary

Omega Morgan, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to support Business Development, Sales, and Project Estimating by strengthening project intelligence, improving bid readiness, and delivering polished customer-facing outputs.

You will research opportunities, identify contacts, build stakeholder maps, and maintain accurate CRM records while coordinating across Business Development, Sales, Estimating, Operations, and Marketing to drive pipeline and proposal quality.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, or related roles.
• Strong research skills to locate project information and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Development, Sales, and Estimating with project intelligence and bid readiness.
• Organize bid opportunities, collect missing information, and prepare intake summaries.
• Create customer-facing materials and organize Omega Morgan capabilities and project examples.
• Maintain CRM records, track pursuit progress, and ensure timely follow-up across teams.
