Interstate Bearing Systems in St. Joseph, MN is seeking a Bearings Inside Sales Representative who will build relationships with customers, quote prices, process orders, and coordinate with warehouse and outside sales to drive solutions.

You will help customers select bearings, seals, belts, and power transmission products, while learning technical products and delivering outstanding service. This role emphasizes teamwork, accurate records, and a proactive approach to solving problems to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of sales, customer service, parts, industrial distribution, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn technical products and identify customer solutions.
• Experience with bearings, power transmission, industrial products, or mechanical equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives, operations personnel, and vendor partners to deliver comprehensive customer solutions.
• Participate in branch meetings, training programs, and sales initiatives.
• Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Recommend bearings, seals, belts, power transmission products, and related industrial solutions.
• Provide outstanding customer support and product guidance.
• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and outside sales teams to ensure customer success.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
