Key Responsibilities:

1. Grow Customer Accounts for Profit: Meet revenue and margin targets, increase order sizes, grow customer transactions, and add new customers.
2. Build Customer Relationships: Maintain communication, promote positive relationships, educate customers on new products, and update interactions in our system.
3. Demonstrate Product Knowledge: Sell products effectively, explain features simply, and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Create Brand Value: Use ADI resources to educate customers and provide excellent shopping experiences across all channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Desire to work in sales and be responsible for sales revenue.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries with negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of CRM tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
• Distribution experience and strong negotiation skills.
