Resideo is seeking a sales-focused professional to support the sale of Resideo products and services to existing customers while identifying and developing new opportunities. This role provides administrative and operational support throughout the sales process.

You will leverage business knowledge to understand customer needs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to growth by strengthening relationships and converting prospects into customers.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of sales experience.
• Prior industry experience in the field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales activities for existing customers and identify opportunities to expand business relationships and increase revenue.
• Develop and convert new business opportunities.
• Complete administrative and operational activities associated with the sales process to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely follow-through.
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and elevate recommendations to the appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support customer needs and achieve business objectives.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Resideo products, systems, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor customer and business needs to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth.
• Contribute to overall business growth by strengthening existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the conversion of prospective customers.

Responsible for supporting the sale of Resideo products and services to existing customers while identifying and developing new sales opportunities.
