We’re looking for a full-time inside sales representative to join our fast-growing Law Firm! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads into new clients and turn existing clients into repeat business. Responsibilities: • Conduct case assessments with prospective clients after they have completed intake and qualification. • Understand potential clients’ needs and determine how our services can help. • Educate prospective clients about our firm's offerings, fee structures, and processes. • Follow up with qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into retained clients. • Close Sales with qualified leads to generate new business and ensure the client's needs are met. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and track sales metrics using CRM tools. • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in a professional setting, preferably in a service-based industry (legal, financial, healthcare, etc.). • Exceptional communication and active listening skills. • Empathy and the ability to connect with individuals experiencing stressful circumstances. • Proven ability to close sales and meet performance goals. • Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • A professional and polished demeanor. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000

Compensation:
$50,000-$75,000 per year
