We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support our sales operations and customer service functions, helping clients find innovative security and access control solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Provide expert guidance on architectural hardware and smart lock product lines
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales inquiries
• Build long-term relationships with contractors, architects, facility managers, and end-users
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with outside sales and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (construction or hardware industry preferred)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with an interest in smart home/IoT solutions
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Knowledge of door hardware, access control, or locksmithing is a major bonus
