Job summary

Wehrung’s is seeking an Inside Sales Associate for an on-site role in Ottsville, PA. You will assist walk-in and call-in customers, answer product questions, and prepare quotes for lumber, building materials, kitchens, flooring, and concrete products.

Role Description

The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Ottsville, PA. This role involves assisting walk-in and call-in customers, answering product questions, and providing quotes for lumber, building materials, kitchens, flooring, and concrete products. The Inside Sales Associate will process orders, prepare sales documentation, and coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, following up on leads and inquiries, and supporting contractors and DIY customers to select appropriate materials for their projects. The role also includes handling customer issues professionally, promoting relevant products, and contributing to a clean, organized sales environment.
