Job summary

Point Break Financial in Phoenix is seeking Enrollment Specialists to join a fast-growing national law firm at the forefront of debt relief. You’ll manage inbound/outbound calls, consult with clients, and enroll them in debt relief programs.

This in-office role offers base pay starting at $15.15/hour, uncapped commissions with earnings over six figures, paid training, and benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of consultative sales experience.
• At least 1 year in financial services sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CRM experience and basic tech proficiency.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up with warm leads.
• Consult with prospective clients to evaluate finances and options.
• Enroll clients in suitable debt relief programs and begin recovery.
• Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and follow-ups.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• At least one (1) year of consultative sales experience (required)
• At least one (1) year in financial services sales (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High motivation and goal orientation
• CRM experience and basic tech proficiency
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
• Ability to reliably commute to Las Vegas, NV
• This position is in-office 5 days per week
