We’re hiring an Inside Sales Advisor on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the clinical research space. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-impact commercial team, working with leading BioPharma and CRO clients to deliver innovative solutions that support clinical development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive lead generation and client outreach using a consultative and strategic sales approach
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, feasibility, and proposals to ensure messaging alignment
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities focused on long-term value
• Engage thoughtfully with clients to understand their needs and present relevant solutions
• Contribute to overall sales strategy by sharing insights from client interactions and market trends

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from one of the following backgrounds:

• Sales (1+ years): Especially with experience selling into BioPharma or Contract Research Organizations (CROs)
• Feasibility, Proposals, Marketing, or Customer Success: Particularly from backgrounds involving site networks, independent trial sites, IROs, or patient recruitment and looking to transition into a sales role
