Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Administrator with SAP expertise to support sales operations onsite. The role requires proactive organization, strong problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy.

You will handle quotes, data entry, customer requests across multiple channels, and coordinate with Shipping, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and acknowledge customer orders within 48 hours.
• Process customer returns and claims promptly, initiating corrective action when necessary.
• Collaborate with Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
• Support system transition by transferring data from legacy systems into SAP and HFA (homegrown system).

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Administrator with strong SAP expertise to support sales operations for our client. This role is fully onsite and requires a proactive, organized, and motivated professional with excellent problem-solving skills. The position is demanding at times and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage quote requests and analyze sales data

• Handle customer requests through phone, email, fax, and other communication channels

• Review and interpret customer specifications, applications, and terms (with support from Engineering/Marketing as needed)

• Process requests for quotes by providing pricing and product availability (typically within 24 hours)

• Enter and acknowledge customer orders within 48 hours

• Process customer returns and claims promptly, initiating corrective action when necessary

• Collaborate with internal departments (Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, Product Management) to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment

• Support system transition by transferring data from legacy systems into SAP and HFA (homegrown system)
