Job summary

RXinsider LTD. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a driven Sales Associate to join our expanding team. This role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and monthly bonuses, with leads provided to help you maximize earnings and advance your career.

You will develop new pharmacy customers nationwide via outbound and inbound calls, grow revenue, and strengthen key relationships. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11am–7pm, Cincinnati, OH, with full benefits, ongoing training, and mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Developing new sales areas through outbound & inbound calls, referrals, and emails to Pharmacies nationwide.
• Drive revenue growth by cultivating high-value client relationships.
• Achieve new account acquisition, expansion, and retention while facilitating Customer orders and requests.
• Increase revenue growth through proactive relationship management.
• Executing new business opportunities for the Company.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives, while negotiating and collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

What You’ll Need:

• Persistent, enthusiastic, and assertive sales mindset, focused on developing new business and maximizing opportunities to achieve sales results.
• Strong relationship building skills & a determination to achieve goals.
• Skilled in verbal and written communication for telesales, to build rapport, addressing customer needs, and exceeding sales targets.
• Motivation by uncapped commission + bonuses.
• 1+ year(s) Sales experience preferred.
• Telesales experience a plus.
• Pharmaceutical Sales experience a plus.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

What you'll be doing:

• Achieve new account acquisition, account expansion, and account retention, while facilitating Customer orders and requests.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and customer objectives, while negotiating and collaborating with customers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
