Inside Sales Account Manager

OurInsideSales Account Managers are responsible for growing our business with new and existing customers. They match customer needs with our broad product portfolio, supported by our digital tools, network of technical experts, specialized market expertise, and global distribution network.

What You'll Do

  • Consultative Selling:Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Sales ProspectingFind new opportunities with existing/qualified customers, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Customer Experience Advocate:Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Portfolio Management:Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.

What You'll Need

    • A minimum of 2 years ofsales experiencein a similar role within theB2B salesenvironment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
    • You're not just driven-you're self-directed and focused on outcomes. You take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
    • You're agood listenerand arecurious,with a passion forlearningabout the customers' needs,solving problemsandwinning business.
    • Youplan andprepareso you can conduct effective virtual sales calls, make persuasive presentations, handle objections, negotiate, demonstrate value, and close deals.
    • A bachelor'sdegreepreferred.
