Job summary

Deco West, Inc. is hiring an on-site Inside Sales Account Coordinator in Las Vegas to quote, specify, and follow custom orders from inquiry through production.

You will manage existing accounts, build new retail and souvenir accounts, and support trade shows, with a pay range of $45,000–$52,000 plus quarterly bonus.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in inside sales or account coordination, strong communication, and willingness to learn substrates and decoration methods.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inside sales, account coordination, wholesale customer service, or related sales
• Comfortable on the phone, in email, and in a trade-show booth
• Willing to learn substrates, decoration methods, proofs, prepay, and truck schedules
• Able to work on-site at 80 N Mojave Rd, Las Vegas
• Available for the trade show dates in the next 30 days

Responsibilities

• Quote, specify, and follow custom orders from inquiry through production
• Turn conversations into paid orders. Custom work is not shipped on a handshake
• Coordinate art proofs, lead times, and ship dates with production
• Manage existing accounts and build new retail and souvenir accounts
• Work our booth at a souvenir trade show in about 30 days
• Keep a clean pipeline. No lost quotes

We decorate and fulfill branded product for retailers, souvenir shops, resorts, and B2B accounts. This is not a design job and not commission-only sales.

Pay: $45,000 to $52,000 per year plus a quarterly bonus on collected gross profit.
