Job summary

5TH HQ LLC in Davie, FL is seeking an Account Administrative Support (Domestic Sales) to manage assigned customer accounts and serve as the internal point of contact for clients. This is an inside sales and customer service role.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree preferred, 2–3 years in customer service or sales support, bilingual English and Spanish, and proficiency in Outlook and Excel. Working hours are Monday–Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with a salary range of $50,000–$55,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with customer accounts and daily operations.
• Process purchase orders and customer documentation.
• Track orders, prepare reports, and maintain account records.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, QA, Packaging, and Logistics.
