Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• High proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Google Drive and CRM/ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM/ERP reporting and interpreting sales metrics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an assigned book of business independently.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers to grow the book of business for the assigned Outside Sales Representative.
• Prepare and process customer quotes, sales orders, and returns accurately.
• Support Outside Sales with inquiries, pricing requests, and product availability.
• Review open orders, reserved orders, and pending quotes daily for timely processing.
• Research products and assist with sourcing non-stock or special-order items.
• Process warranty claims and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
• Maintain pricing profiles and ensure discounts follow guidelines.
• Promote promotions and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor CRM/ERP data and report trends to Sales Manager.
