Bauer Built Inc., founded in 1944 and headquartered in Durand, Wisconsin, is a Midwest tire leader with 80+ years of service. We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Dubuque, IA to partner with the Store Manager on daily operations and employee development.

You'll coach technicians, drive sales, oversee inventory and loss prevention, and ensure safety and policy compliance while exploring process improvements to support profitability and growth for the location.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or service management is preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Ability to meet sales targets and manage operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager on daily store operations.
• Provide direction and oversight to technicians and assist as needed with services and repairs.
• Support achievement of sales targets and profitability goals at the location.
• Ensure the tire center operates in compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support the implementation of new initiatives and strategic goals.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Regularly review safety protocols with the team and ensure consistent compliance with all safety procedures.
