Bauer Built, Inc. in Muskegon is seeking an Inside Sales professional to assist customers with tires and automotive services, handle calls, emails and walk-ins, and process transactions.

You will coordinate with service technicians and stay updated on promotions, pricing, and industry trends to deliver a high-quality customer experience. What You'll Do:

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate tires and automotive services based on their needs and budget.
• Professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
• Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups using CRM or POS systems.
• Coordinate with service technicians and shop staff to ensure timely installation and service completion.
• Stay current on product offerings, promotions, pricing, and industry trends.
• Address customer complaints, concerns, and warranty questions in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized front-counter and work area while following all safety policies and procedures.
