Job summary

Warhorse Rentals in Dunmore, PA is seeking an Outside Rental Sales Representative to grow the local market and build relationships with customers through field visits, meetings, and demonstrations. You will manage quotes, terms, and delivery coordination, working with inside rental, dispatch, service, and billing teams.

The role requires 2+ years of outside sales experience in construction or rental, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with ERP/CDK, CRM, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience in construction, rental, or a related industry.
• Working knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfort using ERP or CDK systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
• A valid driver's license, clean MVR, and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
• Self-starting, competitive, goal-oriented approach with a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-activity field rhythm through jobsite visits, customer meetings, ride-alongs, and equipment demonstrations.
• Identify new projects and accounts while deepening relationships with existing customers.
• Turn customer needs into solutions with fast quotes and professionally negotiated rental terms.
• Own the customer process from quote through delivery and pickup while coordinating with inside rental, dispatch, service, and billing.
• Track opportunities in CRM, protect margins through value selling, and share competitive market insights with leadership.
