High Performance Real Estate Advisors seeks a full-time Inside Sales Associate. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys phone sales, has a licensed real estate agent status, and aims to earn upwards of $100,000 through a salary plus bonuses. You'll help generate appointments for the Outside Sales Team and work collaboratively in a supportive environment, receiving comprehensive training and tools for success.

Qualifications

• Licensed Real Estate agent in NC and/or SC.
• 2+ years experience in customer service and/or sales preferred.
• Results-driven and motivated by commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Place phone calls to potential clients to set appointments.
• Perform lead follow-up to generate new business.
• Answer potential clients' questions about real estate.
