Responsibilities

• Underwrite and process renewal policies within authority and guidelines.
• Respond to agent inquiries and adjust policy information as needed.
• Quote, accept, modify, or renew risks within territorial assignment.
• Provide underwriting guidance and communicate decisions to customers and agents.
• Maintain relationships with customers, agents, and internal teams to grow profitable book.
• Monitor renewal premiums and explore cross-selling opportunities.
