Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Agent (Inside Sales) in Denton, TX. Two weeks of onsite training is required, after which there is a flexible hybrid setup combining remote and in-office work.

The package includes a base salary of $50,000–$55,000 plus 25% commission on revenue and a comprehensive benefits package, with AMS 360 proficiency highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in personal lines sales.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• AMS 360 software proficiency preferred.
• Professional and polished communication skills.
